Stat. § 16-1-204","heading":"Environmental review process.","body":"(a) Through the department the board shall conduct a review of potential environmental impacts of projects receiving assistance from the account. The environmental review process shall:\n(i) Contain mechanisms requiring implementation of mitigation measures to ensure the project is environmentally sound;\n(ii) Allow the public an opportunity to challenge environmental review determinations and enforcement actions;\n(iii) Include documentation of information, processes and premises that influence decisions;\n(iv) Require public notice and participation;\n(v) Include evaluation criteria and processes allowing consideration of alternative decisions; and\n(vi) Comply with the requirements of Title VI and significant issues pertaining to underground storage tanks as specified in Subtitle I of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, 42 U.S.C. § 6991 et seq.","path":["TITLE 16 - CITY, COUNTY, STATE AND LOCAL POWERS","CHAPTER 1 - INTERGOVERNMENTAL COOPERATION","ARTICLE 2 - STATE REVOLVING ACCOUNT"],"source_url":"https://wyoleg.gov/statutes/compress/title16.pdf","current_through":"2026 Budget Session; as of 2026-07-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T00:16:32Z","sha256":"4e8e16c3646ba8081e5b8f42bfa2c4eb64241811ddf3c47943f1dc690be9f481","source_id":"us-wy","stale":false,"prev":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-16-1-203","next":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-16-1-205"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
