Stat. § 16-7-108","heading":"Assurance of replacement housing; prescription of rules, regulations and procedures by governor.","body":"(a) The governor shall adopt rules and regulations as may be necessary under federal laws and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder to assure that:\n(i) The payments and assistance authorized by this act shall be administered in a manner which is fair and reasonable, and as uniform as practicable;\n(ii) A displaced person who makes proper application for a payment authorized by this act shall be paid promptly after a move or, in hardship cases, be paid in advance; and\n(iii) Any person aggrieved by a determination as to eligibility for a payment authorized by this act, or the amount of a payment, may have his application reviewed in accordance with the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act.\n(b) The governor may prescribe other regulations and procedures, consistent with the provisions of this act.","path":["TITLE 16 - CITY, COUNTY, STATE AND LOCAL POWERS","CHAPTER 7 - RELOCATION ASSISTANCE"],"source_url":"https://wyoleg.gov/statutes/compress/title16.pdf","current_through":"2026 Budget Session; as of 2026-07-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T00:16:32Z","sha256":"87f83c9fee642d0779ceab3b0ee798c860851de7eda331ccbeb85483a343d622","source_id":"us-wy","stale":false,"prev":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-16-7-107","next":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-16-7-109"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
