Stat. § 16-9-204","heading":"Power and duties of the committee.","body":"(a) The committee shall advise the division as to the administration of the program provided for in W.S. 16-9-205. In fulfilling this duty, the committee shall:\n(i) Review and recommend policies and procedures governing administration of the program and ensure the program is in compliance with any applicable state and federal laws or regulations;\n(ii) Assist the state in obtaining certification from the federal communications commission that the program is in compliance with such rules and regulations;\n(iii) Review the division's budget request for administration of services under the program;\n(iv) Monitor the expenditures of funds for the program;\n(v) Monitor the quality of the program and the satisfaction of the users;\n(vi) Perform any other duties necessary to properly advise the division as to the administration of the program.","path":["TITLE 16 - CITY, COUNTY, STATE AND LOCAL POWERS","CHAPTER 9 - TELEPHONE SERVICE","ARTICLE 2 - TELECOMMUNICATIONS FOR THE COMMUNICATIONS IMPAIRED"],"source_url":"https://wyoleg.gov/statutes/compress/title16.pdf","current_through":"2026 Budget Session; as of 2026-07-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T00:16:32Z","sha256":"00ba455b94c9bdfd9e6b5b469289f5fec978e16329b8332f5d918bfc74e9ccc8","source_id":"us-wy","stale":false,"prev":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-16-9-203","next":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-16-9-205"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
