Stat. § 17-10-249","heading":"Discontinuance of court-supervised dissolution proceedings.","body":"The involuntary or supervised voluntary dissolution of a cooperative may be discontinued at any time during the dissolution proceedings if it is established that cause for dissolution does not exist.
