Stat. § 17-29-1009","heading":"Effect of conversion.","body":"(a) The effect of an organization other than a limited liability company converting to a limited liability company shall be as provided in chapter 26 of this title and the organization's governing statutes.\n(b) A converted organization that is a foreign organization consents to the jurisdiction of the courts of this state to enforce any debt, obligation or other liability for which the converting limited liability company is liable.
