Stat. § 18-12-121","heading":"Contents of resolution; notice of election.","body":"(a) The resolution shall:\n(i) State the purpose for which the bonds are proposed to be issued;\n(ii) State the estimated amount of money to be raised by the bond issue;\n(iii) State the principal amount of the bonds;\n(iv) State the maximum rate of interest on the bonds;\n(v) Fix the date of the election;\n(vi) Fix the manner of holding the election.\n(b) The notice of bond election shall include the following information:\n(i) The amount of the proposed bond issue;\n(ii) The maximum maturity of the bonds;\n(iii) Statement by the board of the need for the issuance of the bonds and the purposes for which the proceeds of the bonds shall be devoted;\n(iv) A description of the exterior boundaries of the district;\n(v) A general description of the proposed improvement, utility or local service to be provided by the district;\n(vi) Repealed by Laws 1981, ch. 157, § 4.","path":["TITLE 18 - COUNTIES","CHAPTER 12 - IMPROVEMENT AND SERVICE DISTRICTS"],"source_url":"https://wyoleg.gov/statutes/compress/title18.pdf","current_through":"2026 Budget Session; as of 2026-07-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T00:16:32Z","sha256":"9a9dd07707eac1884061da94ba7c082a3e3694e1c3fc7625c2439617745b2d5b","source_id":"us-wy","stale":false,"prev":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-18-12-120","next":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-18-12-122"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
