Stat. § 18-5-511","heading":"Revocation or suspension of permit.","body":"(a) A permit may be revoked or suspended for:\n(i) Any material false statement in the application or in accompanying statements or studies required of the applicant, if a true statement would have warranted the refusal to grant a permit;\n(ii) Failure to comply with the terms or conditions of the permit after notice of the failure and reasonable opportunity to correct the failure;\n(iii) Violation of this article, the rules and regulations adopted pursuant to this article or valid orders of the board of county commissioners or the industrial siting council;\n(iv) Failure of the proposed facility to receive a required permit from the industrial siting council pursuant to the Industrial Development Information and Siting Act, W.S. 35-12-101 through 35-12-119;\n(v) Failure of the permitted wind energy facility to:\n(A) Transmit electricity created by wind energy for a period of two (2) consecutive years or more;\n(B) Maintain land rights necessary to operate the wind energy facility.\n(vi) Failure of the permitted solar energy facility to maintain land rights necessary to operate the solar energy facility.","path":["TITLE 18 - COUNTIES","CHAPTER 5 - PLANNING AND ZONING","ARTICLE 5 - WIND AND SOLAR ENERGY FACILITIES"],"source_url":"https://wyoleg.gov/statutes/compress/title18.pdf","current_through":"2026 Budget Session; as of 2026-07-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T00:16:32Z","sha256":"1825faf50efac8a2cc20a6c0e36a9603c91ee2f30a46896c248e4e821b350c0c","source_id":"us-wy","stale":false,"prev":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-18-5-510","next":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-18-5-512"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
