Stat. § 19-13-204","heading":"Detailed content of agreement.","body":"(a) The agreement authorized by W.S. 19-13-203 shall specify the following:\n(i) The purpose of the agreement;\n(ii) The precise organization, composition and nature of any separate legal entity created by the agreement;\n(iii) The duration of the agreement;\n(iv) The manner of financing the agreement and establishing and maintaining a budget therefor;\n(v) Provision for administering the agreement;\n(vi) The exact chain of command or delegation of authority to be followed by party emergency services acting under the provisions of the agreement;\n(vii) The manner of acquiring, holding and disposing of real and personal property used in the agreement;\n(viii) The method to be employed in accomplishing the partial or complete termination of the agreement and for disposing of property upon partial or complete termination; and\n(ix) The nature, extent and amount of insurance coverage for acts or omissions and delineation of each party's responsibility for that coverage.","path":["TITLE 19 - DEFENSE FORCES AND AFFAIRS","CHAPTER 13 - WYOMING DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY","ARTICLE 2 - EMERGENCY SERVICES MUTUAL AID"],"source_url":"https://wyoleg.gov/statutes/compress/title19.pdf","current_through":"2026 Budget Session; as of 2026-07-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T00:16:32Z","sha256":"e410886ef86021204ddff79685a037f890f5ecc3e78420192d31da65204d21a4","source_id":"us-wy","stale":false,"prev":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-19-13-203","next":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-19-13-205"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
