Stat. § 2-6-209","heading":"Order admitting or disallowing probate; mailing of copies.","body":"The court or the clerk shall enter an order either admitting the will to probate or disallowing probate because of insufficient proof. An order admitting a will to probate shall include the appointment of an executor.
