Stat. § 2-7-709","heading":"Actions pending against decedent at time of death.","body":"Any action, including any counterclaim in any pending action, pending against the decedent at the time of his death that survives shall be filed as a claim within the time provided in W.S. 2-7-703 by filing with the clerk in duplicate a certified copy of the order of the court in which the action is pending substituting the personal representative for the decedent, together with a certified copy of any pleading asserting contentions against the decedent. Any judgment thereafter rendered in the pending action shall be subject to the provisions of W.S. 2-7-719.
