Stat. § 21-19-104","heading":"Retirement annuity policies.","body":"Any retirement plan established pursuant to W.S. 21-19-102 shall provide for the purchase of retirement annuity policies for the contributing employees. Rights and benefits of the annuity contracts shall vest in the employee.
