Stat. § 22-3-108","heading":"Official registry list information.","body":"(a) The official registry list shall contain at least the following information as to each registered elector:\n(i) Name in full;\n(ii) Residence by street number and name, if any;\n(iii) Voting district and precinct numbers;\n(iv) Party affiliation, if declared;\n(v) House and senate district numbers;\n(vi) Date of birth;\n(vii) The elector's Wyoming driver's license number, or if the elector has no Wyoming driver's license, one (1) of the following unique identifying numbers:\n(A) The last four (4) digits of the elector's social security number, or if the elector also has no social security number;\n(B) A unique identifying number generated by the state.\n(viii) A unique identifying number generated by the state;\n(ix) Information relating to absentee ballot status; and\n(x) Date of registration.\n(b) The official registry list may contain the following information as to each registered elector:\n(i) Repealed By Laws 2004, Chapter 94, § 4.\n(ii) County of residence;\n(iii) Repealed by Laws 2023, ch. 67, § 2.\n(iv) Repealed By Laws 2004, Chapter 94, § 4.\n(v) Name of municipal corporation of residence, if any;\n(vi) Number of school district of residence;\n(vii) Mailing address;\n(viii) Gender; and\n(ix) Telephone number, if any.\n(c) The county clerk may maintain within the election records the social security numbers of registered electors for identification purposes.","path":["TITLE 22 - ELECTIONS","CHAPTER 3 - REGISTRATION"],"source_url":"https://wyoleg.gov/statutes/compress/title22.pdf","current_through":"2026 Budget Session; as of 2026-07-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T00:16:32Z","sha256":"e4f64f882ece6a0be34df2b4c9997fe01798cb0e38ec9deeb926e525cd760e50","source_id":"us-wy","stale":false,"prev":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-22-3-107","next":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-22-3-109"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
