Stat. § 22-3-115","heading":"Grounds for cancellation of registration.","body":"(a) A registered elector's registration shall be cancelled for any one (1) of the following reasons:\n(i) Failure to vote in any general election;\n(ii) Death;\n(iii) Removal of residence from the county or state more than thirty (30) days prior to an election;\n(iv) Disqualification to vote;\n(v) Receipt of notification that the elector has registered to vote in another jurisdiction;\n(vi) Upon written request of the elector at any time except for the period for which party changes are prohibited as specified in W.S. 22-5-214.\n(b) A registered elector's registration shall not be cancelled if the elector in any general election requested an absentee ballot which was rejected.","path":["TITLE 22 - ELECTIONS","CHAPTER 3 - REGISTRATION"],"source_url":"https://wyoleg.gov/statutes/compress/title22.pdf","current_through":"2026 Budget Session; as of 2026-07-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T00:16:32Z","sha256":"a8b496e4ff716c814a6992bff1bec26d1f16d5f95ead178191e9a665a5bc795e","source_id":"us-wy","stale":false,"prev":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-22-3-114","next":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-22-3-116"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
