Stat. § 25-5-117","heading":"Admission for residential services; application and contents thereof; written copy of rights; appeal of denied admissions.","body":"(a) A person determined by the preadmission screening and assessment to be eligible for admission to the center for residential services may be admitted as a client under one (1) of the following procedures:\n(i) An adult who has sufficient insight or capacity to make responsible application for admission for residential services may be admitted on his own application;\n(ii) A minor or ward may be admitted upon application of his parent or guardian.\n(b) Repealed By Laws 2008, Ch. 85, § 2.\n(c) At the time of admission for residential services, the program manager shall give a written copy of the rights provided in W.S. 25-5-132 to the client, his parent or guardian.\n(d) A person who is denied admission may appeal the decision to the department, in writing.","path":["TITLE 25 - INSTITUTIONS OF THE STATE","CHAPTER 5 - LIFE RESOURCE CENTER"],"source_url":"https://wyoleg.gov/statutes/compress/title25.pdf","current_through":"2026 Budget Session; as of 2026-07-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T00:16:32Z","sha256":"8498d9f53088646a29737092a4dd1472e5a8ef75b029bde8ef5e3ecc774832f4","source_id":"us-wy","stale":false,"prev":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-25-5-116","next":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-25-5-118"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
