Stat. § 26-11-105","heading":"Surplus lines transaction report.","body":"(a) Within forty-five (45) days after placing any surplus line insurance for an insured whose home state is this state, each surplus lines broker shall execute and file a report regarding the insurance coverage which shall be kept confidential by the commissioner, including the following:\n(i) The name and address of the insured;\n(ii) The identity of the insurer or insurers;\n(iii) A description of the subject and location of the risk;\n(iv) The amount of premium charged for the insurance;\n(v) Tax allocation information detailing the portion of the premium attributable to properties, risks or exposures located in each state; and\n(vi) Any other information as may be required by the commissioner.\n(b) The report shall be in the form and manner prescribed by the commissioner.","path":["TITLE 26 - INSURANCE CODE","CHAPTER 11 - NONADMITTED INSURANCE"],"source_url":"https://wyoleg.gov/statutes/compress/title26.pdf","current_through":"2026 Budget Session; as of 2026-07-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T00:16:32Z","sha256":"552108be656857a843fde43b25a98abf50b58521cfd495b0148ff251b7b484e8","source_id":"us-wy","stale":false,"prev":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-26-11-104","next":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-26-11-106"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
