Stat. § 26-2-133","heading":"Disclosure of nonpublic personal information; rulemaking; rulemaking authority limited.","body":"(a) The commissioner is authorized to adopt rules necessary to govern the practices of all persons licensed under this code with respect to the disclosure of nonpublic personal financial and health information of insurance consumers and customers.
