Stat. § 26-37-117","heading":"Mechanical breakdown insurance organizations; qualifications for dealer's license.","body":"(a) In addition to conditions specified under W.S. 26-37-116, the commissioner shall issue a mechanical breakdown insurance dealer's license only to an individual otherwise complying with this chapter furnishing evidence satisfactory to the commissioner that he:\n(i) Is an adult;\n(ii) Has been a bona fide resident of this state for at least three (3) months;\n(iii) Is a trustworthy person with a good reputation; and\n(iv) Has never been convicted of a felony that relates to the mechanical breakdown insurance profession or to the ability to practice as a mechanical breakdown insurance dealer.
