Stat. § 26-37-120","heading":"Mechanical breakdown insurance organizations; grounds for suspension, revocation or refusal to renew dealer's license generally.","body":"(a) The commissioner may suspend, revoke or refuse to renew any mechanical breakdown insurance dealer's license issued under this chapter for any cause specified by this chapter including the following:\n(i) A violation or willful participation in a violation of this chapter;\n(ii) Obtainment of any license through misrepresentation or fraud;\n(iii) Misappropriation, conversion for the use of the licensee or illegal withholding of monies required to be held in a fiduciary capacity;\n(iv) Material misrepresentation of the terms or effect of any contract or the engagement in any fraudulent transaction;\n(v) A conviction by final judgment of a felony that relates to the mechanical breakdown insurance profession or to the ability to practice as a mechanical breakdown insurance dealer;\n(vi) Incompetency, untrustworthiness or a source of injury or loss to the public as demonstrated in the conduct of affairs under a license;\n(vii) Misrepresentation of the qualifications of the licensee's representatives;\n(viii) Permitting any individual not registered as a representative with the commissioner to act as a representative;\n(ix) Any cause of license suspension or revocation provided under W.S. 26-9-211.","path":["TITLE 26 - INSURANCE CODE","CHAPTER 37 - MECHANICAL BREAKDOWN INSURANCE"],"source_url":"https://wyoleg.gov/statutes/compress/title26.pdf","current_through":"2026 Budget Session; as of 2026-07-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T00:16:32Z","sha256":"4c919b332ff7a7a5e463b37754a21ff45e3f61a3e10bed3cdf02a496ee916298","source_id":"us-wy","stale":false,"prev":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-26-37-119","next":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-26-37-121"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
