Stat. § 27-11-114","heading":"Limitations.","body":"(a) Nothing in this act shall:\n(i) Limit or restrict the present jurisdiction or authority of the public service commission except employee safety and occupational health;\n(ii) Supersede or limit the present authority for making rules and regulations pertaining to coal mines;\n(iii) Affect the rules and regulations now in force until the commission shall adopt rules and regulations pertaining to noncoal mines and until the same shall become effective;\n(iv) Affect the appointment of the state mine inspector and deputy mine inspectors;\n(v) Affect the powers and duties of the state mine inspector and deputy mine inspectors as to their present powers and duties until July 1, 1970.","path":["TITLE 27 - LABOR AND EMPLOYMENT","CHAPTER 11 - OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY"],"source_url":"https://wyoleg.gov/statutes/compress/title27.pdf","current_through":"2026 Budget Session; as of 2026-07-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T00:16:32Z","sha256":"087d6fd3bdf6f5a8d9f17922c9dff6bf793125346d67d77f63b92851c131ebf1","source_id":"us-wy","stale":false,"prev":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-27-11-113","next":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-27-12-101"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
