Stat. § 27-3-201","heading":"Establishment and composition of unemployment compensation fund.","body":"(a) The unemployment compensation fund is established and shall be administered by the department for purposes of this act.\n(b) The fund shall consist of:\n(i) Contributions collected under this act, excluding revenues for the employment support fund under W.S. 27-3-505(a);\n(ii) Funds received under 42 U.S.C. § 1321;\n(iii) Interest earned on the fund balance;\n(iv) Any property or securities acquired by the fund and any earnings of the acquired property or securities;\n(v) Any other funds received for the fund from any other source; and\n(vi) Funds credited to Wyoming's account in the unemployment trust fund pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1103.","path":["TITLE 27 - LABOR AND EMPLOYMENT","CHAPTER 3 - UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION","ARTICLE 2 - FUND ADMINISTRATION"],"source_url":"https://wyoleg.gov/statutes/compress/title27.pdf","current_through":"2026 Budget Session; as of 2026-07-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T00:16:32Z","sha256":"dd78c3a00ea3a64930419076ca5c12d290ac948cc3fa6bc29ab84389f3053f08","source_id":"us-wy","stale":false,"prev":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-27-3-109","next":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-27-3-202"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
