Stat. § 27-4-404","heading":"Director to investigate complaints; rules and regulations.","body":"Upon complaint of violation of this act or upon reasonable suspicion that a violation of this act has occurred, the director shall investigate, and shall institute actions for penalties herein prescribed when proven violations are considered by him to be intentional and willful in nature.
