Stat. § 30-2-405","heading":"Notice as to commencement of operations.","body":"(a) Repealed By Laws 2005, ch. 106, § 2.\n(b) The owner or operator of a mine shall notify the inspector whenever a new mine is opened, or whenever an existing mine is either closed or reopened.
