Stat. § 31-14-109","heading":"Prerequisites to issuance of certificate of authority.","body":"(a) The commissioner shall not issue a certificate of authority to any motor club until:\n(i) It files with him the following:\n(A) A formal application for the certificate in such form and detail as the commissioner requires, executed under oath by its president or other principal officer;\n(B) A certified copy of its charter or articles of incorporation and its bylaws.\n(ii) It pays to the commissioner an annual license fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00);\n(iii) It deposits the required cash, securities, bond or evidence of deposit in another state as provided by W.S. 31-14-103 with the commissioner;\n(iv) Its name is approved by the commissioner under W.S. 31-14-107.","path":["TITLE 31 - MOTOR VEHICLES","CHAPTER 14 - MOTOR CLUB SERVICES"],"source_url":"https://wyoleg.gov/statutes/compress/title31.pdf","current_through":"2026 Budget Session; as of 2026-07-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T00:16:32Z","sha256":"e8bf7977d62b00dd1a2cf61030d91e72f1d2c19e9ad77e1e34295f5a07194a13","source_id":"us-wy","stale":false,"prev":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-31-14-108","next":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-31-14-110"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
