Stat. § 31-14-111","heading":"Revocation or suspension of certificate of authority.","body":"(a) The commissioner shall revoke or suspend the certificate of authority of a motor club whenever, after a hearing, he finds in accordance with the procedure provided by W.S. 26-2-125 through 26-2-129, that any of the following circumstances exist:\n(i) The club has violated any provision of this act;\n(ii) It is insolvent;\n(iii) Its assets are less than its liabilities;\n(iv) It or its officers refuse to submit to an examination;\n(v) It is transacting business fraudulently.\n(b) The commissioner shall give notice of revocation or suspension to the public in such manner as he deems proper.","path":["TITLE 31 - MOTOR VEHICLES","CHAPTER 14 - MOTOR CLUB SERVICES"],"source_url":"https://wyoleg.gov/statutes/compress/title31.pdf","current_through":"2026 Budget Session; as of 2026-07-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T00:16:32Z","sha256":"a7d2c547f9a5a6a6a67c5789b7307a7090d9e55f7e747b6ffef6adac06169826","source_id":"us-wy","stale":false,"prev":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-31-14-110","next":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-31-14-112"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
