Stat. § 31-20-111","heading":"Controlling authority.","body":"Notwithstanding any other provision of law, transportation network companies and drivers in this state are governed exclusively by this chapter and any laws consistent with this chapter including W.S. 39-15-103(a)(i)(D) and 39-15-106(k).
