Stat. § 31-6-101","heading":"Definitions.","body":"(a) As used in this act:\n(i) \"Alcohol concentration\" means as defined in W.S. 31-5-233(a)(i);\n(ii) \"Controlled substance\" includes:\n(A) Any drug or substance defined by W.S. 35-7-1002(a)(iv);\n(B) Any glue, aerosol or other toxic vapor which when intentionally inhaled or sniffed results in impairment of an individual's ability to drive safely;\n(C) Any drug or psychoactive substance, or combination of these substances, capable of impairing a person's physical or mental faculties.\n(iii) \"Department\" means the department of transportation;\n(iv) \"Peace officer\" means as defined in W.S. 7-2-101;\n(v) \"This act\" means W.S. 31-6-101 through 31-6-108.\n(b) The definitions provided by W.S. 31-5-102(a) apply in this act.","path":["TITLE 31 - MOTOR VEHICLES","CHAPTER 6 - IMPLIED CONSENT TO CHEMICAL TESTING"],"source_url":"https://wyoleg.gov/statutes/compress/title31.pdf","current_through":"2026 Budget Session; as of 2026-07-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T00:16:32Z","sha256":"23e6a289c91aa37edd3765f31b3a9bccdd893ab5d093835541554573ab411370","source_id":"us-wy","stale":false,"prev":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-31-5-1701","next":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-31-6-102"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
