Stat. § 31-7-124","heading":"Suspension or revocation of privileges of nonresidents; reporting of convictions, suspensions and revocations by division.","body":"(a) The privilege of a nonresident to drive a motor vehicle on the highways of this state is subject to suspension or revocation by the division under this act.\n(b) The division, upon receiving a record of the conviction in this state of a nonresident driver of a motor vehicle of any offense, shall forward a certified copy of the record to the motor vehicle administrator of the state of the driver's residence and to the state issuing the license.\n(c) When a nonresident's operating privilege is suspended or revoked, the division shall forward a certified copy of the record of the action to the motor vehicle administrator of the state of the driver's residence and to the state issuing the license.","path":["TITLE 31 - MOTOR VEHICLES","CHAPTER 7 - DRIVER'S LICENSES","ARTICLE 1 - IN GENERAL"],"source_url":"https://wyoleg.gov/statutes/compress/title31.pdf","current_through":"2026 Budget Session; as of 2026-07-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T00:16:32Z","sha256":"382a1d6ceeec6567f1eef043ae7423f379cea6a6da1abadc3deb4816855721da","source_id":"us-wy","stale":false,"prev":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-31-7-123","next":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-31-7-125"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
