Stat. § 31-7-133","heading":"Unlawful use of license.","body":"(a) It is an unlawful use of a license and is a misdemeanor for any person to:\n(i) Display or permit to be displayed, or have in his possession any cancelled, revoked, suspended, fictitious or fraudulently altered driver's license;\n(ii) Lend his driver's license to any other person or knowingly permit its use by another;\n(iii) Display or represent as one's own any driver's license not issued to him;\n(iv) Repealed by Laws 2025, ch. 9, § 2.\n(v) Use a false or fictitious name in any application for a driver's license, knowingly make a false statement, knowingly conceal a material fact or otherwise commit a fraud in any application;\n(vi) Permit any unlawful use of a driver's license issued to him; or\n(vii) Drive a vehicle in violation of the endorsements on his driver's license, commercial driver's license or commercial learners, instruction or temporary permit.","path":["TITLE 31 - MOTOR VEHICLES","CHAPTER 7 - DRIVER'S LICENSES","ARTICLE 1 - IN GENERAL"],"source_url":"https://wyoleg.gov/statutes/compress/title31.pdf","current_through":"2026 Budget Session; as of 2026-07-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T00:16:32Z","sha256":"53495578c3350d201c5d30646a9d2554646196c0e870d566c22eb1ba4704fb57","source_id":"us-wy","stale":false,"prev":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-31-7-132","next":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-31-7-134"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
