Stat. § 31-7-309","heading":"Driving record information to be furnished.","body":"(a) Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the department shall furnish full information regarding the driving record of any person:\n(i) To the driver license administrator of any other state or province or territory of Canada requesting the information;\n(ii) To any employer or prospective employer upon request and payment of the required fee;\n(iii) To insurers upon request and payment of the required fee;\n(iv) To a transportation network company to evaluate a prospective transportation network company driver as required by W.S. 31-20-106 upon payment of the required fee.\n(b) The department shall determine the amount of the fee prescribed by this section to cover the actual cost of providing the information.","path":["TITLE 31 - MOTOR VEHICLES","CHAPTER 7 - DRIVER'S LICENSES","ARTICLE 3 - COMMERCIAL DRIVER'S LICENSE"],"source_url":"https://wyoleg.gov/statutes/compress/title31.pdf","current_through":"2026 Budget Session; as of 2026-07-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T00:16:32Z","sha256":"59e3da7db024593de987570a20518629563f381be651a6c0c10966b2e16ff4a4","source_id":"us-wy","stale":false,"prev":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-31-7-308","next":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-31-7-310"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
