Stat. § 31-8-102","heading":"Contents.","body":"(a) The identification card or digital identification card shall resemble a Wyoming driver's license or digital driver's license. It shall have:\n(i) A distinguishing number assigned to the registrant;\n(ii) His full legal name;\n(iii) His date of birth;\n(iv) His resident address;\n(v) A brief description including sex, height and weight;\n(vi) The registrant's full facial digital photograph;\n(vii) The following: \"State of Wyoming\"-\"Identification Card No. ....\"-\"FOR IDENTIFICATION PURPOSES ONLY\";\n(viii) The designations as provided for in W.S. 31-7-139, 31-7-141 and 31-7-142; and\n(ix) The registrant's usual signature unless the registrant is unable to make a signature.\n(b) Identification cards issued to a person who is not a United States citizen but who has lawful status as defined by title 6, section 37.3 of the Code of Federal Regulations shall state \"Not U.S. citizen\".","path":["TITLE 31 - MOTOR VEHICLES","CHAPTER 8 - IDENTIFICATION CARDS","ARTICLE 1 - IN GENERAL"],"source_url":"https://wyoleg.gov/statutes/compress/title31.pdf","current_through":"2026 Budget Session; as of 2026-07-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T00:16:32Z","sha256":"092c83d82e140ad2d497128b05103ceb8cdbf2c9801dac9280829f6ec237825e","source_id":"us-wy","stale":false,"prev":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-31-8-101","next":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-31-8-103"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
