Stat. § 32-3-105","heading":"Notarial acts in this state.","body":"(a) A notarial act may be performed in this state by:\n(i) A notary public of this state;\n(ii) A judge, clerk or deputy clerk of a court of this state;\n(iii) A district court commissioner;\n(iv) A full-time magistrate as authorized by W.S. 5-9-208;\n(v) A part-time magistrate as authorized by W.S. 5-9-212; or\n(vi) Any other person authorized to perform the specific act by the laws of this state.\n(b) The signature and title of an individual performing a notarial act in this state are prima facie evidence that the signature is genuine and that the individual holds the designated title.\n(c) The signature and title of a notarial officer described in paragraphs (a)(i) through (v) of this section conclusively establish the authority of the officer to perform the notarial act.","path":["TITLE 32 - NOTARIES PUBLIC","CHAPTER 3 - NOTARIES PUBLIC","ARTICLE 1 - WYOMING REVISED UNIFORM NOTARIAL ACT"],"source_url":"https://wyoleg.gov/statutes/compress/title32.pdf","current_through":"2026 Budget Session; as of 2026-07-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T00:16:32Z","sha256":"958381c9f05e4ef9de0df261297d50266d24d6457f7d290cfb5a8b6e44e3111f","source_id":"us-wy","stale":false,"prev":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-32-3-104","next":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-32-3-106"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
