Stat. § 33-15-115","heading":"Persons to whom chapter inapplicable.","body":"(a) Nothing in this act contained applies:\n(i) To a legally qualified medical doctor;\n(ii) To a legally qualified dental hygienist or dentist engaged in full-time duties with the United States armed forces, public health service, veterans administration or other federal agencies;\n(iii) To a legally qualified dental hygienist or dentist of another state making a clinical demonstration before a meeting of dentists or dental auxiliaries; or\n(iv) To dental and dental hygiene students actively enrolled in any American Dental Association accredited dental educational program performing services as a part of the curriculum of that program under the direct supervision of a Wyoming licensed dentist or Wyoming licensed dental hygienist instructor.","path":["TITLE 33 - PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS","CHAPTER 15 - DENTISTS AND DENTAL HYGIENISTS"],"source_url":"https://wyoleg.gov/statutes/compress/title33.pdf","current_through":"2026 Budget Session; as of 2026-07-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T00:16:32Z","sha256":"a7c3e60fe2e9ae7948eb6150d61902a94f29a7696a6f50a71c5135f0f9fb205f","source_id":"us-wy","stale":false,"prev":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-33-15-114","next":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-33-15-116"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
