Stat. § 33-16-513","heading":"Petition for disciplinary action; notice for hearing; review.","body":"(a) A petition for the discipline of a licensee, registrant or permittee may be filed by the attorney general or by the county attorney of the county in which the licensee, registrant or permittee resides or has practiced.
