Stat. § 33-16-519","heading":"Apprentice funeral service practitioner; registration required; qualifications.","body":"(a)  Individuals apprenticing with a funeral service\npractitioner, shall be licensed as an apprentice funeral service\npractitioner by the board prior to beginning the apprenticeship.\nApprentice credit shall only be given by the board for time\nactually spent apprenticing under an apprentice license granted\nby the board.   Every person desiring to be licensed as an\napprentice, shall apply to the board upon a form and in the\nmanner prescribed by the board, accompanied by the appropriate\nfee and satisfactory evidence of the following:\n(i) The applicant has reached the age of majority;\n(ii) The applicant has no criminal convictions which would impact upon the applicant's abilities to provide the services of an apprentice in accordance with this act and the rules and regulations of the board. The board may waive this provision based on individual circumstances; and\n(iii) The applicant has passed an examination administered by authority of the board on the laws, rules and regulations governing the practice of funeral service in Wyoming.
