Stat. § 33-25-110","heading":"License or certificate expiration and reissuance.","body":"(a) All permanent licenses and certificates issued pursuant to this act shall expire on October 1 of the year next succeeding their issuance.\n(b) A license or certificate may be renewed by submitting a timely, sufficient and complete application, payment of the required fee and verification of continuing competence.\n(c) A license or certificate which has expired may be reissued upon submission by the applicant of a completed application, payment of fees, demonstration that the applicant meets all current requirements for licensure or certification under this act and verification of continuing competence.","path":["TITLE 33 - PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS","CHAPTER 25 - PHYSICAL THERAPISTS"],"source_url":"https://wyoleg.gov/statutes/compress/title33.pdf","current_through":"2026 Budget Session; as of 2026-07-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T00:16:32Z","sha256":"65cb750c85575f54a4aa187c27c3eb56ae2f872de90e6ddd9300a7de9c5baf55","source_id":"us-wy","stale":false,"prev":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-33-25-109","next":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-33-25-111"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
