Stat. § 33-29-308","heading":"Confidentiality of records.","body":"(a) The following records and papers of the board are confidential and are not public records:\n(i) Letters of inquiry and reference concerning applicants;\n(ii) Completed applications and verification and inquiry forms;\n(iii) Transcripts of educational institutions;\n(iv) Investigative and disciplinary matters dismissed without action; and\n(v) Files relating to complaints and investigations until a formal hearing is concluded or until final disciplinary action is taken if no hearing is commenced.
