Stat. § 33-29-702","heading":"Grounds for disciplinary action.","body":"(a) An individual or business entity is subject to disciplinary action for:\n(i) A violation of this act, board rule, order or code of ethics;\n(ii) Fraud or misrepresentation relating to the practice of engineering or land surveying, including in the submission of information to the board and signing of documents;\n(iii) Allowing or assisting another to violate this act or a rule or order of the board;\n(iv) Incompetence, habitual or gross negligence or other misconduct in the practice of engineering or land surveying;\n(v) Habitual intoxication or addiction to the use of drugs or alcohol which affects the ability to practice engineering or land surveying;\n(vi) Conviction of a felony that is related to the ability to practice engineering or land surveying;\n(vii) Discipline or restriction of a license, intern certificate or business entity registration by another jurisdiction if the ground for the action was the same or substantially equivalent to a ground for discipline in this section.","path":["TITLE 33 - PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS","CHAPTER 29 - SURVEYORS AND ENGINEERS","ARTICLE 7 - PROHIBITED ACTS AND DISCIPLINARY PROCEDURES"],"source_url":"https://wyoleg.gov/statutes/compress/title33.pdf","current_through":"2026 Budget Session; as of 2026-07-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T00:16:32Z","sha256":"e8918f49f7cbf9c160544ee0f6872405e4e7803b1af179fb31c465a5eb2b2a0f","source_id":"us-wy","stale":false,"prev":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-33-29-701","next":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-33-29-703"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
