Stat. § 33-35-116","heading":"Prohibited acts and practices.","body":"(a) No person shall:\n(i) Sell, barter or offer to sell or barter a license;\n(ii) Purchase or procure by barter a license with intent to use it as evidence of the holder's qualification to practice either the fitting, dispensing or sale of hearing aids;\n(iii) Alter a license with fraudulent intent;\n(iv) Use or attempt to use a license which has been purchased, fraudulently obtained, counterfeited or materially altered;\n(v) Willfully make a false statement in an application for license or application for renewal of a license; or\n(vi) Sell a hearing aid to a person under the age of sixteen (16) or to any person in a mental institution, hospital, nursing home, convalescent home or like institution, unless there is present in addition to the licensee an adult person who is not a business associate of the licensee.","path":["TITLE 33 - PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS","CHAPTER 35 - HEARING AID SPECIALIST LICENSURE"],"source_url":"https://wyoleg.gov/statutes/compress/title33.pdf","current_through":"2026 Budget Session; as of 2026-07-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T00:16:32Z","sha256":"2c48785f622cb02725dbfc460ad1139efc927210040de0857c124177a3a1904f","source_id":"us-wy","stale":false,"prev":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-33-35-115","next":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-33-35-117"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
