Stat. § 33-44-106","heading":"Disqualifications.","body":"(a) No person may engage in the business of an athlete agent who has:\n(i) Been convicted of a crime that, if committed in this state, would be a felony or other crime that relates to the practice of serving as an athlete agent or to the ability to serve as an athlete agent;\n(ii) Made a materially false, misleading, deceptive or fraudulent representation as an athlete agent or in the application for licensure or registration as an athlete agent in another state;\n(iii) Engaged in conduct prohibited by W.S. 33-44-111;\n(iv) Had a registration or licensure as an athlete agent suspended, revoked or denied or been refused renewal of registration or licensure in any state; or\n(v) Engaged in conduct or failed to engage in conduct the consequence of which was that a sanction, suspension or declaration of ineligibility to participate in an interscholastic or intercollegiate athletic event was imposed on a student athlete or educational institution.","path":["TITLE 33 - PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS","CHAPTER 44 - UNIFORM ATHLETE AGENTS ACT"],"source_url":"https://wyoleg.gov/statutes/compress/title33.pdf","current_through":"2026 Budget Session; as of 2026-07-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T00:16:32Z","sha256":"5c5da3e4336804dded8e76abf031e044ae4a90f4016e9ca1593f2f20cd834f39","source_id":"us-wy","stale":false,"prev":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-33-44-105","next":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-33-44-107"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
