Stat. § 33-45-112","heading":"Penalties.","body":"(a) Any person who violates any provision of W.S. 33-45-107 is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment of not more than six (6) months, a fine of not more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00), or both.
