Stat. § 33-49-109","heading":"Licensure by endorsement.","body":"(a) The board may issue a license by endorsement to practice acupuncture in Wyoming to an applicant who is licensed to practice acupuncture in another state subject to the following:\n(i) The other state shall have substantially equivalent acupuncture licensure requirements as Wyoming, including similar licensure by endorsement provisions for licensees of this state;\n(ii) The applicant shall not have any disciplinary actions pending at the time of application;\n(iii) The applicant shall not have had a license to practice acupuncture suspended or revoked in this state or any other; and\n(iv) The person shall adhere to all requirements of continuing education and ethical standards established by the board.","path":["TITLE 33 - PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS","CHAPTER 49 - ACUPUNCTURE PRACTICE ACT"],"source_url":"https://wyoleg.gov/statutes/compress/title33.pdf","current_through":"2026 Budget Session; as of 2026-07-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T00:16:32Z","sha256":"73965fb3ad5c3c5bb062af1f1585c288b84cb4c668b06d67a81f5b1f2b7ac456","source_id":"us-wy","stale":false,"prev":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-33-49-108","next":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-33-49-110"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
