Stat. § 34-14-208","heading":"Remedies of creditors.","body":"(a) In an action for relief against a transfer or obligation under this act, a creditor, subject to the limitations in W.S. 34-14-209, may obtain:\n(i) Avoidance of the transfer or obligation to the extent necessary to satisfy the creditor's claim;\n(ii) An attachment or other provisional remedy against the asset transferred or other property of the transferee in accordance with the procedure prescribed by law;\n(iii) Subject to applicable principles of equity and in accordance with applicable rules of civil procedure:\n(A) An injunction against further disposition by the debtor or a transferee, or both, of the asset transferred or of other property;\n(B) Appointment of a receiver to take charge of the asset transferred or of the other property of the transferee; or\n(C) Any other relief the circumstances may require.\n(b) If a creditor has obtained a judgment on a claim against the debtor, the creditor, if the court so orders, may levy execution on the asset transferred or its proceeds.","path":["TITLE 34 - PROPERTY, CONVEYANCES AND SECURITY TRANSACTIONS","CHAPTER 14 - FRAUDULENT TRANSFERS","ARTICLE 2 - UNIFORM FRAUDULENT TRANSFER ACT"],"source_url":"https://wyoleg.gov/statutes/compress/title34.pdf","current_through":"2026 Budget Session; as of 2026-07-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T00:16:32Z","sha256":"4b8f787c68c39006d0e9c88132a32b9b35ed192437be376602654f03dbbeb5ea","source_id":"us-wy","stale":false,"prev":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-34-14-207","next":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-34-14-209"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
