Stat. § 34-2-113","heading":"Cancellation form for mortgage or deed of trust; recordation; effect.","body":"(a) A cancellation or discharge of mortgage or deed of trust may be in the following form substantially:\nCertificate of Discharge\nThis certifies that a (mortgage or deed of trust, as the case may be) from .... to .... dated .... A.D .... and recorded in book .... of .... on page ..... has been fully satisfied by the payment of the debt secured thereby, and is hereby cancelled and discharged.\nSigned in the presence of .... county clerk of .... County.\nFiled and recorded .... A.D. .... at ....
