Stat. § 34-29-205","heading":"Term of registration; renewals.","body":"(a) Registration of a digital asset is effective for a term of five (5) years from the date of registration. Upon application filed within six (6) months prior to the expiration of the registration term and in a manner complying with the requirements of the secretary, the registration may be renewed for a term of five (5) years from the end of the expiring term.
