Stat. § 34.1-2-703","heading":"Seller's remedies in general.","body":"(a) Where the buyer wrongfully rejects or revokes acceptance of goods or fails to make a payment due on or before delivery or repudiates with respect to a part or the whole, then with respect to any goods directly affected and, if the breach is of the whole contract (section 34.1-2-612), then also with respect to the whole undelivered balance, the aggrieved seller may:\n(i) Withhold delivery of such goods;\n(ii) Stop delivery by any bailee as hereafter provided (section 34.1-2-705);\n(iii) Proceed under the next section respecting goods still unidentified to the contract;\n(iv) Resell and recover damages as hereafter provided (section 34.1-2-706);\n(v) Recover damages for nonacceptance (section 34.1-2-708) or in a proper case the price (section 34.1-2-709);\n(vi) Cancel.","path":["TITLE 34.1 - UNIFORM COMMERCIAL CODE","ARTICLE 2 - SALES","PART 7 REMEDIES"],"source_url":"https://wyoleg.gov/statutes/compress/title34.1.pdf","current_through":"2026 Budget Session; as of 2026-07-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T00:16:32Z","sha256":"131cd54cb1413edabac5034acefce728d6571cf5f068e58e858431630b50c9be","source_id":"us-wy","stale":false,"prev":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-34.1-2-702","next":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-34.1-2-704"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
