Stat. § 34.1-9-623","heading":"Right to redeem collateral.","body":"(a) A debtor, any secondary obligor or any other secured party or lienholder may redeem collateral.\n(b) To redeem collateral, a person shall tender:\n(i) Fulfillment of all obligations secured by the collateral; and\n(ii) The reasonable expenses and attorney's fees described in section 34.1-9-615(a)(i).\n(c) A redemption may occur at any time before a secured party:\n(i) Has collected collateral under section 34.1-9-607;\n(ii) Has disposed of collateral or entered into a contract for its disposition under section 34.1-9-610; or\n(iii) Has accepted collateral in full or partial satisfaction of the obligation it secures under section 34.1-9-622.","path":["TITLE 34.1 - UNIFORM COMMERCIAL CODE","ARTICLE 9 - SECURED TRANSACTIONS","PART 6 DEFAULT"],"source_url":"https://wyoleg.gov/statutes/compress/title34.1.pdf","current_through":"2026 Budget Session; as of 2026-07-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T00:16:32Z","sha256":"69d5b48f2e0cd3b89e2347f94a91527d51414787a8fff59d551e547c747fe104","source_id":"us-wy","stale":false,"prev":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-34.1-9-622","next":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-34.1-9-624"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
