Stat. § 35-1-623","heading":"Contracts; reports; regular payments; termination.","body":"(a) Every contract awarded pursuant to this act shall require:\n(i) The provider to submit annual financial and expenditure reports to the department;\n(ii) The division to make regular payments to the provider based on the services provided;\n(iii) Compliance with W.S. 18-3-516(e).\n(b) The division shall terminate a contract with a behavioral health center or other provider made under this act when the division finds, after a hearing in accordance with W.S. 16-3-107 through 16-3-112 if requested by the provider, that the provider is not using contract funds for contract purposes, or that a contract is not being administered in accordance with this act.","path":["TITLE 35 - PUBLIC HEALTH AND SAFETY","CHAPTER 1 - ADMINISTRATION","ARTICLE 6 - COMMUNITY HUMAN SERVICES"],"source_url":"https://wyoleg.gov/statutes/compress/title35.pdf","current_through":"2026 Budget Session; as of 2026-07-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T00:16:32Z","sha256":"510b4a4ad620e690e33f03486535008315d36d4243ca8e987a2ec6513beb3ef7","source_id":"us-wy","stale":false,"prev":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-35-1-622","next":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-35-1-624"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
