Stat. § 35-11-430","heading":"Duties of in situ mining operator; records; annual report.","body":"(a) The operator shall submit an annual report containing the general categories of environmental protection and reclamation information pursuant to W.S. 35-11-411.\n(b) The operator shall maintain records at the mine site of all information resulting from monitoring activities required in the permit.
