Stat. § 35-20-104","heading":"Department to coordinate services; rules and regulations.","body":"(a) The department shall:\n(i) Coordinate a protective services program consistent with this act, with the goal of ensuring that every vulnerable adult in need of protective services will have access to protective services;\n(ii) Adopt rules, regulations and standards for services provided by the department necessary to effect the provisions and purposes of this act;\n(iii) Develop and maintain statistical data which set forth referrals by type of incidence and disposition pursuant to this act but which do not contain personally identifiable information;\n(iv) Provide appropriate training to all investigative agency personnel;\n(v) Assign designated workers for adult protective services within the department to carry out the activities of this chapter;\n(vi) Develop, facilitate and participate in local multidisciplinary community-based adult protection teams that discuss adult protection issues.","path":["TITLE 35 - PUBLIC HEALTH AND SAFETY","CHAPTER 20 - ADULT PROTECTIVE SERVICES"],"source_url":"https://wyoleg.gov/statutes/compress/title35.pdf","current_through":"2026 Budget Session; as of 2026-07-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T00:16:32Z","sha256":"bccdd8e5110dad4785209784916251069fcec6a1dcd7b52104ccb152e7eed12c","source_id":"us-wy","stale":false,"prev":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-35-20-103","next":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-35-20-105"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
