Stat. § 35-25-104","heading":"Program benefits.","body":"(a) A child eligible for services under this act shall receive benefits developed by the department as allowed by 42 U.S.C. 1397cc et seq. and that include:\n(i) Cost sharing factors, not to exceed the maximum allowable under 42 U.S.C. 1397aa et seq.;\n(ii) Exclusions and limitations;\n(iii) Inpatient and outpatient hospital services;\n(iv) Physician services;\n(v) Laboratory and x-ray services;\n(vi) Well-baby and well-child care including age appropriate immunizations;\n(vii) Prescription drug coverage;\n(viii) Vision coverage;\n(ix) Dental coverage including preventive and basic services; and\n(x) Provision of all services through managed care pursuant to 42 U.S.C. 1397cc(f)(3).
